Every time I want to lose weight fast I start motivating myself thinking of how pretty I am going to look when I reduce fat. Excessive fat in our bodies is the main cause of overweight in people bodies nowadays. Being overweight is totally unhealthy, as it causes a lot of diseases, such as high pressure and hypertension.
Having a healthy diet is not hard; we just don’t take the time necessary to take care of ourselves because we need to work, study, take care of our kids, be good housewives and so on. But if we want to be healthy people, we better start moving on.

2-Burn as many calories as you eat, or even more!
3-Avoid sugary foods and drinks.
